Perception Begins in the Body.
My practice explores how perception shifts when it is rooted in the body.
Working across movement, participation, and sensory awareness, I create situations where encountering an artwork becomes an embodied experience rather than a purely visual one.
Shifting Awareness.
Influenced by my background in dance an art facilitation, as well as yoga, I approach the body as both a medium and a site of knowledge.
I work with a process-based approach and am interested in how subtle shifts of attention and presence can reshape how we relate to art, space and ourselves
